A: Most repairs will take one to two complete business days to be finished. This timeline excludes total restoration and more intensely damage vehicles.

Q: How long will it take to repair the collision damage to my car?

A: The BodyWorks guarantees all bodywork and paintwork (except as indicated on your invoice) from cracking, peeling, flaking or weathering. If our work does weather through time the same if not better than the undamaged areas of your vehicle, we will gladly rectify the problem. The BodyWorks guarantees the vehicle for as long as you own it, or until it is involved in another accident or repaired elsewhere. There are no warranties on workmanship that has been altered by another facility.

Q: How long will the auto repair last?

A: No, as long as it is repaired according to recommendations of The BodyWorks and/or insurance company. The only indication that a vehicle has ever been repaired is a sophisticated instrument used at some dealerships to detect how many layers of paint are present on different panels. The only way to avoid this detection is to have a new part used in the repairs.

Q: Will I be able to tell if my vehicle was involved in an accident after repairs?

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

A: Most insurance companies cover the cost of your rental car while your vehicle is being repaired for covered services. We can arrange for you to be picked up by a non affiliated rental car company and assist you in the process by providing pertinent information to process the claim. If you are not going through an insurance company or do not have coverage, we can schedule an appointment to drop you off at work or home and pick you up (within a 15-minute travel vicinity of The BodyWorks).

Q: Will I get a rental car while my vehicle is being repaired?

A: In order to keep our prices below our competitors we do NOT accept credit cards! We accept cash, official checks, money orders, or bank checks. We also accept insurance companies checks. If you need assistance with finance options, please feel free to contact us so we can help you explore the options.

Q: What form of payments do you accept?
